 FLEX PROTECT - from Lawrence Miller & Co provides you the opportunity to agree a pre-costed, menu driven range of benefits that means the individual member of staff chooses what best suits their need and can change the mix of benefits as their circumstances change.

 All the employer has to do is agree the content of the menu and the budget. The employer is not responsible for the advice, the admin, claims, leavers and joiners or reviews. If a member of staff leaves, they simply un-hitch their contracts from their menu and take them to their new job or make payments themselves. Staff leaving your business will leave nothing behind; no ongoing admin, liability or preserved benefits.

FLEX PROTECT provides the opportunity to use a sub contracted pensions and benefits department, removing all the issues relevant to this legislation, without additional cost, other than the budget set for benefits on your chosen menu.
