Lawrence Miller’s Organiser

I have worked in financial services for 25 years and for 12 years was a Branch Manager for a major high street bank and a building society.

More recently I have worked with charities and other third sector organisations on Big Lottery funded initiatives helping and supporting people living in Gwent.

My passion, outside of work, is for walking and I love nothing more than to be out in the fresh air enjoying the scenery here in Wales and further afield.  I am a member of Welsh Women Walking, which raises money for local charities, and was lucky enough to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in 2010 as part of the group’s fund raising activities.

I am also a born organiser, so it comes as no surprise that I’m often the one who’ll arrange walks and hiking holidays for friends and myself!
