I’m a journalist who loves working with words!  A former BBC Wales reporter, I enjoy meeting people and helping them to bring their stories to life.

I have a wide range of interests and very different ones at that!  They include gardening, walking, needlecraft, reading and martial arts.  I have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do, which is an ancient form of unarmed combat practiced for centuries in Korea!  A skill that comes in very useful when trying, usually unsuccessfully, to tame the weeds and grow vegetables in my garden!
